Technically its 'Wii stuff', as this is a remaster from the previous generation :stuck_out_tongue:

Because the Wii U will have 3 HD Zelda games... the Switch will only have one; and a left JoyCon which keeps losing connection.

I've got a £20.72 offer flubit for the high capacity battery. do I need it? as I need a pro controller £39.99 amazon

I never bother getting the high capacity battery as personally I avoid using the game pad and use the pro controller instead. Great controller and the battery is an absolute tank.

I bought a high capacity battery, but I've never really utilised it. It's worth noting that it makes the gamepad noticeably heavier.

say I've got the controller pro if the gamepad has no battery is that a problem will the wii u flash up messages or something?

Looks crap, you would think in this day and age that they could have the character's actually speak instead of that dated text nonsense, they had that on an old Zelda game I had years back on the Wii.

Nothing wrong with the "dated text nonsense".
If the game is awesome and text suits the game, I would read books worth of text.

Yay! Games from 3 generations ago! That makes up for the lack of third party support!
Hows that business model working out for you Nintendo? Oh, I forgot... don't ask...
Still, at least I get to milk a cow on the Switch! Everyone will want to be me!!

As long as you keep the Wii U and packaging in as perfect condition as you can, you will make money on it when you come to sell it in a couple of years, not lose... it's a rare Nintendo console, not a PS2

the Wii U will have 1 completely new Zelda game :stuck_out_tongue: and there will already be a completely new Switch game in development (so it's a 1 - 1 draw at the very least!) :stuck_out_tongue::wink:

Also nobody knows what the Switch virtual console will bring yet. Plus rumour is the 3DS dev team are working on a completely new 2D zelda for Switch so there may even be 2 new zelda games in development already :sunglasses:

I'm thinking of putting the splatoon code on eBay to get some money off Zelda BOTW is it any good?
derp1664
24 Feb 17#29
I've never played Splatoon so can't really help on that one. Most people seem to say it's great and it does look fun so I guess it depends how much u can get for it.
Zelda games are truly awesome though, given the choice I'd pick them over pretty much anything

Not all games use the pro controller, though... If you want to play stuff like Lego City, Splatoon or Rayman Legends for example you'll soon notice how necessary the larger battery is.
