Just went into Boots in London Victoria and the Kleenex balsam multipacks of 8 are ticketed at £1, but to make this deal better, its going through as buy 1 get 1 free. so you get 2 multipacks ( 16 minipackets in total) for £1!
Seems to be instore, not sure if its local but worth checking when your out.

Local deal. My store was bogof, however they were £2.09 each to start and not £1.
