Kinesio Taping gives support and stability to your joints and muscles without affecting circulation and range of motion. It is also used for Preventive Maintenance, Edema, and to treat pain. Kinesio Taping is a technique based on the body's own natural healing process.
Kinesiology, another quack belief system with no measurable credibility. However this just might be good tape.

"In conclusion, there was little quality evidence to support the use of KT over other types of elastic taping in the management or prevention of sports injuries"
Cheap for what it is.

Well......it's helped bandage my broken toes and dodgy foot together and much more comfy than duct/masking /sello tape!! Personally I'm not a follower of Kinesiology but thought it might help someone who needed something similar!

Has anyone seen this in their local store or is this local only?

Used this before, it was ok for the money.
If you are using it, cut the ends of the tape into a half circle(if that makes sense to you).
Otherwise the edges of the tape curl up.

Helped with my shoulder injury a couple of years ago. Personally I think there is something in taping/support but I don't know if this cheap tape would last as long as other tapes. The stuff my physio used would stay in place for up to a week, including showering. Make sure you degrease the skin first, and rub the tape once in place to activate the glue to ensure good adhesion.

Leaving anecdotes aside, the evidence that this stuff does anything at all beyond a placebo effect is lacking.
Opening post
It didn't seem to be on offer, so am guessing these are nationwide. Stocked with all the plasters and dodgy feet stuff.
I guess 5cm isn't the thickest but good for foot injuries, like mine.
