Anyone called Ben Fisher here? Apparently my order went to his house. Not sure how, rushing my order through I did not check the delivery address! Then the dispatch emails went to my junk folder so did not notice until my order didn't arrive.

This worked for me last week. I tried ordering again and it isn't working now.

I ordered friday10,and emailed saturday18 to enquire about delivery.I had not received a dispatch email but in reply to my query,I was informed my order had been dispatched but lost in transit(hmmmm), but a replacement has now been dispatched

Anyone not get an order confirmation email when they placed their order?
I didn't and have finally got this email response which contains no timescale when i will eventually receive my order, they took the money from my account the day i ordered!

Finally arrived this morning

My first batch arrived a couple of days ago, ordered a 2nd batch earlier this week, no dispatch email as yet, but someone above mentioned that they are waiting for a delivery which was due yesterday or today.

They look quite a small company this Venture Blue Ltd. I don't like the way they make it look like an official Wilkinson Sword website.

I called them about 25 minutes ago and spoke to an Ella. She said they're expecting a shipment either tomorrow or Thursday and to expect orders to be received by middle of next week. She said a dispatch email will be sent out when the items are dispatched. Hope this helps.

I used to go with gilette fusion for last few years and switched to Wilkinson Hydra5 in the last 3 months. Can't find anything wrong with Wilkinson and the quality is at par with gillette. The only slight disadvantage I would say is the "flexiball" razor of gillette. But the difference is too small for the price, so I prefer Wilkinson Sword
