As per description, this one also includes 3 month PSN membership & I believe there is 1 game per month on PSN. So does it mean this comes with 4 games? (1 Horizon+ 3 PSN free downloads)

I have since realised that the limited edition pack isn't the same as the collectors edition that Cex are paying so highly for, so at least that's something.

Is this going to be a physical copy of the game? Or is it more likely to be a digital download? I know console and game bundles usually come with a digital download code in the box.

I believe this is a physical copy. Most of the inhouse development studio games have always been physical.
Is it time to just bite the bullet and get a ps4 but then again with a 4k tv a pro would be better

There seems to be a significant proportion of HUKD users who can't seem to comprehend deals which include an extra controller, it's madness.
It's like a contagious mental disease, the page clearly lists what's included in the deal, but people always say "it doesn't include an extra controller", usually with some grammatical / spelling error thrown in for good measure.
Just assume if the OP says it comes with an extra controller, they're probably not making it up.

Guys it's clear that it comes with an extra controller, it says that it includes the 500gb bundle +controller+sky pass. If you compare it to the other bundles you will see that they do not say + controller

It actually does. The way Game show it is the first tab is the bundle box and what it contains, the tabs to the right of that are the extras that also come with it.

Seems like this is the week to pick up a PS4 if you've been on the fence, the deals are much better than they have been recently.
Even if you don't want the Now TV pass and the extra controller you'd probably get about £50 back selling them on.
