Looks the same as Aldi had a few weeks ago. Not rechargeable but very good anyway.

Where did you pull this info from? I can't see any on eurocarparts. The pictures appear to be the model without a USB port which would point to the battery powered version.
I would take Wadadli_coolers comment with a pinch of salt and assume this is not rechargeable which would represent its true price as a battery operated torch
Also the OP has commented in the thread that it requires 3 x aa batteries but has yet to edit the title.
I have this exact same Torch / Work light. Picked it up as freebie at an electricians trade show. The 3W work light is adequate / okay, the torch function is nothing much to write home about. It takes 3 x AA batteries, has a quite small red flashing triangle function on the back with its own switch, and the switch on the front operates the work light when you press the switch once, and the torch when the switch is pressed a second time, third time switches off. It's been okay as a freebie, I certainly wouldn't pay anymore than a fiver for one though.
Edit: having had a better look at the one in the OP's post, it doesn't seem to have the flashing red warning triangle function on the back like the one I have does, but the other than that being missing, it looks to be the same or at least very similar.

As pointed out, this is exactly the same as the one Aldi was selling for £4.99 a few Weeks ago. I bought one to replace a multi 20 LED array version and I'm blown away how much flood light this COB (chip on board) light puts out. Obviously It doesn't throw very far but at night it lights up my garden pretty well.

A different lamp if you look at it!
I don't think the one from Euro crap parts is rechargeable.
The Amazon equivalent I think is this one,
