Cool. Only on the second mission. Strange how difficult it is to navigate to anything like online events. Don't know if that changes after the training missions tho. But I'm enjoying the game so far

Yeah the steel book seems to have all the missions and new stuff that's just been added. If u look on the ps Store there isn't any DLC for the game, at least I couldn't find it so everything is on the disc (I think!!)

To the best of my knowledge that's correct, aside from the elusive targets as mentioned above.

So nothing is locked to a internet connection like weapons because I remember that somewhere it mentioned that?

​hahah it was a game i grew up playing. when this episode stuff came it out i found it really annoying and refused to be drawn into more dlc payments.

Just about everything. Is everything included on disc? Does it need a constant internet connection? Are there stuff locked if you don't have internet connection?

Well you get all the levels on the disc apart from the 3 Summer bonus episodes which is included with a 8GB Code and if you don't download the 12GB patch then you won't get access to challenges or unlock gear.

Will buy this when its cheaper, but this is a good price for someone who wants it today, never played hitman but interested in this as I've heard very good things

You could have worded that so much better. The disc version comes with everything (including an associated patch on PSN). I bought it the episodic way (collectors edition) and it worked amazingly!

It is crap in some regards. Think of a season = full game. By doing episodes and releasing bit by bit, gives gamers more time to appreciate and spend more time on each level. I waited for this full package (game) and completed last week. Good going back to the original hitman in terms of gameplay. But even with this package it doesn't feel like a full game. Just kind of ends story wise. Obviously opening season 2. I am a retro old gamer and I am not a fan of seasons/ paid DLC just after or at the time of release/ time restriction on gameplay, then having to pay (mostly mobile)..... all grates me, but it's about money now sadly. Refreshing when a game comes along with free DLC and a full game (Titanfall 2 example)...... rant over. :smiley:

This game was originally released in episodic form, roughly one level every month, via digital marketplaces. The whole thing - all the content released to date - is now available on disc, and that's what you're buying here

Insane amount of games coming out soon, Just bought a £100 2nd hand Wii u for Zelda, then Horizon Zero dawn, Mass Effect so this game is way down on the list compared to those, probably wait til summer to get this hopefully be around £20 by then

can someone explain this crap :confused: . i love hitman. but what is this season rubbish. if i buy this I'll have to buy more stuff or is this a normal game.

I think that's usually cause GAME never has enough of those in stock for amazon to bother price matching. If they did that would be a different story.

They never match real bargains, like when Game had Deception on the PS4 for £2.99. Where was the price match then Amazon?
