My tap water tends to smell of chlorine terribly and Highland bottled does not...

Great price.
Our tap water is totally disgusting.
You cannot even make a decent cup of tea with it !

But you still have to take the bottle of water from home? So just use a refillable bottle...Add some squash and the chlorine taste is gone...

I have stated nowhere that I get it free, I said this is still significantly more expensive. 2.5p/100cl (1L) for this bottled water, Thames water says it costs ~0.1p/L (http://www.tapwater.org/faqs) or South East at 0.34p/L (http://www.southeastwater.co.uk/your-account/about-your-bill/water-charges/how-much-does-your-water-cost), still over 7x cheaper, and you don't have the hassle of storing it, and going to buy it, and carting it in from the car, and the extra fuel cost of the weight...
Basically I'm not sure why anyone would need to bulk buy small bottles of water, unless they were putting on a running event, and even then small cups are easier to drink and sponsorship is to be had!
