Yeah its all short dated or out of date. Mostly out of date when 10p. Usually a month sometimes 2. But its tin stuff so don't really matter much.

25p for a large tin of branded beans is a deal in my book.
Heat.

What's the deal with all these offers, like 10p items and 25p?! Are they short-dated or something, or excess stock? I've not been in one but I'm tempted!

think your a bit naïve with the above quote lol as every time I've been in the poundstretchers
in peartree road retail park in Colchester, I get same answer, just because its on the website
doesn't mean all stores either have the stock or the manager can choose not to sell at same price
by saying its stock from a different time, where was brought more expensive
feel free to visit Colchester store or call

Clearly managers are not putting through at advertised price for $ale$ target$ & performance, you cant advertise on a company website "In Store Only" and refuse to sell at that price in store.

I think they do it to get on sites like HUKD, the discounted prices only exist in one or two stores but it attracts people into the others too.
