When a young street hustler, a retired bank robber and a terrifying psychopath find themselves entangled with some of the most frightening and deranged elements of the criminal underworld, the U.S. government and the entertainment industry, they must pull off a series of dangerous heists to survive in a ruthless city in which they can trust nobody, least of all each other.
Grand Theft Auto V for PC offers players the option to explore the award-winning world of Los Santos and Blaine County in resolutions of up to 4k and beyond, as well as the chance to experience the game running at 60 frames per second.

Not really a deal it's this price everytime there is a "sale".
They both still use Rockstar Social Club so just link it to your Steam Client

Seems a good price direct from Steam (some other sites aren't the Steam version and are direct with Rockstar, which may or not bother people - I know some seem to prefer it in Steam). The deal with the Megalodon card seems even better, effectively getting the game free and paying the reduced price for the GTA dollars, or paying the reduced price for the game and getting lots of "free/cheap" in game cash - price trackers show the combination of game and Megalodon card was just under £100 the other day, so it's a decent discount at the moment.

This game is old as the proverbial hills and I'm a tight git. No way I buy until it's 3.74

I turned this off after around 20 minutes after discovering all the protagonists were a bunch of cocks. Similar to GTA IV. How can people want to emulate these scum?

I emulate everything I see in GTA IV. Don't have time to explain though, I need to go bowling with my cousin.

Your entertainment library must be very dull. Don't ever watch Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, Game of Thrones, Pulp Fiction, The Godfather, or basically anything except Lassie. Something being good entertainment doesn't necessarily mean people want to emulate that thing, although that said I would pay good money to see someone emulate Lassie.

They used all their mental capacity for half decent character design on red dead, fully expect the sequel to be filled with cursing moronic addicts, surely lightning can't strike twice

Hackers ruined this for me. It wasn't at all hackers killing me that did it. It was them shoving tons of cash in my account allowing me to get whatever. As so as I owned it all it got boring. Still though I first had it on the PS4 where I got easy 300+ hours into it. Great game and a must have for any adults library.
