I think we need to put into perspective, it's lots of batteries for a cheap price. 24 batteries for £1.50 or something. We don't need laboratory test results. Lots of batteries for £1.50. Heat from me.

I've learnt that that's not always the case even if cheap like when I bought some rechargeable batteries from the pound shop and they had absolutely no power.
However yes in this case definately a good deal.
Recently I keep seeing batteries on here going what seems relatively cheap, I suppose they are becoming redundant with rechargeable battery technology getting better and cheaper to buy, I guess there's less market for them
completely contrasting results here, they get great results there.
Remember these are probably at 1/4 of the price as reviewed and beat duracell in the tests I linked.
These are 6p each....not trying to win battery wars here, just posting something that is value for money.

According to Which?
Not worth buying 44%
HIGH-DRAIN LIFETIME RATING 3 out of 5
These are the shortest-lasting batteries (5 hr 30 min) we tested. By contrast, our top Best Buy lasts more than 8 hr.
Reasonably cheap
Don’t last long in high-power devices

And what do they cost? if we are going to compare, let's do it properly.

Guessing stock must be quite old then?....:stuck_out_tongue:
Opening post
12 AA batteries for a quid, but they are also buy one get one half price, so £1.50 for 24. These batteries get good reviews.
May be store specific, may be national...who knows.....
These are way cheaper than anywhere online and have good reviews.
