All you have to do is log in - simple, no faffing, on android myself but had it checked out and working for UK for Apple also :smile:
You can use the coins for the Kingdom Builder mode and probably more, note you don't need to have the paid version to get the offer / freebie

Incorrect, the message encourages you try it out but I got the free coins on iOS without doing any of that. The coins aren't automatically added you need to tap on the present icon for them to then be added to your account

Only Question is why would you want them? I'm sure most players have hundreds of thousands of them which are useless due to the limited space to place items.
