My mum wanted a cheap kettle so starting looking into it. I decided to go with this because of boil dry protection. One thing I don't like, you have to pour it slowly otherwise water goes all over the place. Apart from that good kettle for the price http://www.argos.co.uk/product/9016710

We had this kettle for a while, did the job but it is very cheaply made and recently upgraded to this one which was really worth the money....
