Here is a lovely break to Milan and Lake Como from Belfast. It's rare to see a good value city break from Belfast so hopefully this appeals to Northern Ireland holiday hunters!
18-19th March
Upon arrival into Belfast you'll stay need the centre at Scacco Matto. This is centrally located and rooms have en-suite bathrooms. You'll only spend 1 night in Milan but
19-22nd March
You'll leave Milan on 19th March. I've provided a screen shot of return train times from Milan to Lake Como but there are plenty of different times to choose from, depending on what time you want to leave Milan.
You'll then spend 3 nights in Lake Como. You'll stay at the 3* Best Western which includes breakfast and is not far from the train station. This means you are ideally placed for exploring the local area and also other areas of the Italian lakes. A must see is the Villa del Balbionello for amazing view and also the tramway. You can also catch the ferry to other places such as Bellagio which looks stunning. On 22nd you'll catch an early morning train back to Milan where you'll head straight to the airport.

£115 pricey for 1 person, including flights and hotels? OK.

This deal is based on two sharing unfortunately. The flight cost, train is fine to divide by 2 but the hotels are both based on one. You could rejig the hotels or see what the price is for one but I suspect more.

There is a cheap bus we took, I think it was terrorvision and was around 5Euro but I guess you could look at shuttle buses or alternatives.
Yes, I'll certainly look at posting more for Belfast!

Great deal but be aware this is off season for Como. Weather is cold and many shops will be closed.
