Seems a good deal but Is this a good brand? Have never bought anything of theirs and am bothered it may be like Baylis and Harding or similar.

Yes, that was instore. I was very happy!
I actually have this voucher twice - once on the app and once as a paper voucher that came in the mail, so I'll be buying this deal again once I find a store with the giftsets (I bought the last one in the store otherwise I'd have gone straight back immediately with the second voucher!)

The parenting club 25% off luxury bathing (Sanctuary) voucher takes 25% off just one item, but the good news is that it takes the 25% off the "free" £12.50 giftset i.e. £3.13 off the total.
I bought 2 x £5 hand creams and the giftset and got them all for £6.87!
