Nope. You do not get £1.35 if a store is selling the item for less than that. You'll get a pound back if that's what the store charges.

Just picked up 2 in Sainsbury's Sydenham no problem - also got the free Aloe drink as well

Where did you find the Aloe? as in what area of the store? As mentioned above I'm sure they put these in sometimes to see what stores actually have the stock. Its like an easter egg hunt trying to find most of these offers :disappointed:

It's not a 100% refund, it's a £1.35 refund

They usually pay the advertised amount, so a 35p profit, if you are lucky enough to find them!

these were reduced to £1 at Sainsbury so technically paid to take them away!

You can submit claims via app or quidco.com. also if you cannot find this offer instore do as I have done lots of times complain nicely via Quidco Facebook messenger exaggerate say you have traveled to several listed stores and have been unable to find the product and can I have an extension to the offer until I find product. Usually they agree, then once you find product submit your receipt at the later date via Facebook messenger asking them to read your earlier messages that they agreed to honour the offer. It worked every time for myself!
