Everything I ordered is still available on back order so I just emailed their customer services to see if they can add to my original order to save mucking about cancelling and re-ordering....watch this space.....

For what it's worth Lego's customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced.
Twice I've been in contact with them with stuff like this and they've been brilliant - The first time was when they had the London Bus promo. I had placed an order the day before it started so I got in touch with them and they sent it free of charge.
Second time was something similar - I had bought something from the New York store the day before a double VIP points event started. One live chat later and I had the extra points in my account!

Update: they have added it to my order from February 1st as most items are on back order as a goodwill gesture. Lego is brilliant.

I took a look at your order, which you placed on the first of February, and it looks like that order was not eligible for the promotional 30607 Disco Batman™/Tears of Batman™ polybag. You just barely missed the window, since the promotion started on February 6th.
However, since most of that order has not shipped yet because many of the items you ordered are still on backorder, I am going to send you that promotional item separate as a goodwill gesture. Even though the order was placed before the promotion started, since you will be waiting a little while for the items from that order to arrive, we would be more than happy to send you out one of the promotional items for this order. You should receive that promotional polybag within the next 3-7 business days.

You're lucky. I placed my order for over £60 3rd Feb, but they don't won't to send me free Batman figure, they didn't send my items yet.

I placed my order on the 1st for about £60, emailed them yesterday and said I didn't want to cancel my order and replace it to get these so could they just add it and they have. Not sure why they aren't doing it for everyone but I'd keep at them.

I ordered £55 worth on the 4th and should have got the Nexo Knight poly bag because I bought a set (actually bought 2). Didn't get it added so I have sent an email asking if I can have either of the Nexo polybag or the batman one. Hoping for a positive outcome since 3 quarters of my order haven't shipped yet (only one item wasn't back order)

I ordered the big new arkham asylum set and 10 minifigs at the beginning of Jan, they wouldn't offer the promotion for me. So I've ordered some stuff in the sale on backorder with the freebie,

I did end up doing, not as easy as live chat n add on, had to mess around cancelling items up to £50 so original order didnt fall under postage costs n obviously wait on phone for service!!

If anyone is near Manchester the Legoland discovery centre shop at the Trafford Centre are selling them for £3, picked up a couple today.
They aren't part of the Legostore chain as such so they don't do the offers but often sell the polybags
