Ah ok, that's annoying when you spent over 50 last week and everything is on back order not yet dispatched.

Is it possible to cancel it and do it again?

Send them an email, they are really good and should just add it to your order.

That would made more sense. I ordered from the sale and I've just given that a go. Hopefully it'll pay off

I've just emailed them as I ordered yesterday and it wasn't added to my basket :sunglasses:

Everything I ordered is still available on back order so I just emailed their customer services to see if they can add to my original order to save mucking about cancelling and re-ordering....watch this space.....

For what it's worth Lego's customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced.

Twice I've been in contact with them with stuff like this and they've been brilliant - The first time was when they had the London Bus promo. I had placed an order the day before it started so I got in touch with them and they sent it free of charge.
Second time was something similar - I had bought something from the New York store the day before a double VIP points event started. One live chat later and I had the extra points in my account!

Couldn't work out what was stopping me from placing an order yesterday...glad I held off! :smiley:

Hmm. Must call up about my back order then (even though I got one of these at the Leicester Square store on the weekend)...

Update: they have added it to my order from February 1st as most items are on back order as a goodwill gesture. Lego is brilliant.

I got a yes and I spent £80 but none of my order has been sent yet

so im the only one singled out :laughing: I got a straight up sorry cant do that via email, live chat and then same on phone!!

I placed my order on the 1st for about £60, emailed them yesterday and said I didn't want to cancel my order and replace it to get these so could they just add it and they have. Not sure why they aren't doing it for everyone but I'd keep at them.

I should add all my order is back order so has not been dispatched yet.

I ordered £55 worth on the 4th and should have got the Nexo Knight poly bag because I bought a set (actually bought 2). Didn't get it added so I have sent an email asking if I can have either of the Nexo polybag or the batman one. Hoping for a positive outcome since 3 quarters of my order haven't shipped yet (only one item wasn't back order)

Got my batman figures delivered today, huge box for two minifigures !

So cancel the original order and then reorder.

I ordered the big new arkham asylum set and 10 minifigs at the beginning of Jan, they wouldn't offer the promotion for me. So I've ordered some stuff in the sale on backorder with the freebie,

If anyone is near Manchester the Legoland discovery centre shop at the Trafford Centre are selling them for £3, picked up a couple today.

They aren't part of the Legostore chain as such so they don't do the offers but often sell the polybags
