My card was used as I had purchased a Larder fridge this was in April as it cost a lot more than £50 but still have not received my voucher. I have had contact and was told that Scott Hunter would be contacting me but no luck. I was given a case number which is 06384628 can you help sort it out. ? Hope you can

got my £5 free voucher yesterday

Live 90 miles from nearest store so rarely get to shop in person. Didn't know they had these loyalty cards. Have just signed up for one and tried to see if for brand new customer, it would activate but no. Got this message;

I went through the link given and it says the offer has successfully loaded. But I haven't received anything in the post yet thou with the offer so have no idea on the beginning and end dates for using the offer. I'd appreciate if someone could share the dates please

Re the above post, by the way, the offer's probably already expired, but there's no way of knowing the validity dates without the actual piece of card that was sent through the post.

Unfortunately, it's highly account-specific and will only activate if you've received something in the post already telling about it. Theoretically, this My John Lewis Card also gives you a free drink+cake, which was supposed to be at least 3 times a year. In reality you'll be lucky to get any at all now. And this £5 off £50 offer is aimed almost exclusively at people who don't shop at John Lewis. If you're a regular it probably won't work for you. John Lewis famously penalises its regular customers - it doesn't incentivise them (it has no need to).

This would be great if it accepted my John Lewis Card Number ??
