I know there's a fair few £25 Xbox One only deals, but if you want the PC version as well, it's currently £49.99 on Amazon and the Windows Store.
This is the 'Standard' version, digital download, and can be installed on both a Windows PC and your Xbox One.

I'll give it heat, not as good as the Amazon deal a few weeks back but still great in it's own right
Fantastic game.

Addicted to this game. But it does still run like a bag of, on PC.

shocking really as it can run just fine on a xbox 1

The only problem I've had with it is it crashes every once in a while. Besides that it runs a smooth 90fps on high settings.

As description doesn't mention Windows (it's only the image), I just checked with Online Chat:

Anyone know if you can request a refund within 14 days provided you don't redeem the code?
I'd like to try the demo out first but don't want this offer to end before I get a chance.

I'd say not a chance.

Consumer rights act includes digital content so provided you do not redeem the code you should be able to reject the sale within 14 days

Yes, provided you have not viewed the code from your Currys account 'My Downloads' section.

Not gonna lie, Chris is completely bob on here. It's the highest-rated Xbox One game on Metacritic right now, for all the right reasons.

Excellent price, thanks OP!
I've wanted this for some time but completely refuse to pay £30+ for a PC game. Don't want Microsoft to get the impression that cross-platform play is a good excuse to charge console-level prices.

Surely that would only include the like of steam/uplay/amazon as how would currys pc world know if the code is redeemed or not?

I'm after a cheap, simple Xbox One racing game can play with the kids (local 2 player) - tried Horizon 2 demo and too much faff. Any ideas?
I bought the ultimate version when it was 29 on Amazon a while back and absolutely love the game. Love it so much I bought the season pass on top to get blizzard mountain (Should really be included with the ultimate but I can't complain at all the free cars and bonuses I got). So many hours of game play and so much to do.

Would be a good deal if I could buy it! site won't let me get past enter details.. the guy at curry's couldn't either so site must be down.

can anyone comment if they worked out all the bugs on the pc version. I really want to get but i see a lot of issues dated sept/oct last year.
vulcanproject to Nellster
15 Feb 171#23
Sort of. The game has definitely been improved hugely but there is no getting away from the fact this is a title that requires a pretty powerful machine all around and is blatantly just a port across via the Universal Windows Platform.
Which means that if you are happy to lock your framerate to 30FPS you'll get an experience at least on par with Xbox One and the usual other PC advantages with decent hardware.
If you expect 60FPS though you need something very powerful particularly in the CPU department and can expect the odd hitch in certain areas regardless (particularly in the city area.)

The only problem i have had is it will crash at random times on PC but apart from that i havent caome across any other bugs.

Doesn't matter if the suppliers can check or not, its a legal right to reject a digital download if it has not been downloaded within 14 days

I have a GeForce 1070 and a Xeon E3-1225 @ 3.20Ghz (quad core), 20gb RAM, and get the 'locked' 60fps on High settings at 3440 x 1440 (ultra-wide). Far better than 1080p on the Xbox...

15 Feb 17#29
im not experiencing these issues at all with a mid range i5 3470 and Rx 480 at 1080 ultra wide? usually around 60-75 in open areas and dips into the mid 50's in the city. That's running at the default ultra preset.

I would hope it is better than Xbox One, a GTX1070 by itself costs twice as much as that console lol
Xbox One settings are generally equivalent to 'high' and 4 x MSAA with a locked 30FPS btw.
To get a solid 60FPS at high (console settings) and 1080p you need a GTX1060/RX 480. To get ultra at 1080p you need them heavily overclocked or preferably a GTX1070.

Im running an old i5 2500k with a 7950 and 8gb ram and can use the high preset locked to 30fps. It looks stunning on the preset and bar a few stutters when the world first loads its as smooth as butter. That's on a rig that is about 4 years old now. Game itself its superb, one of the best games I have played in a while.

optimisation on the pc version is pants to say the least, a bit more time and effort and it could have been running so much better

Its mega don't get me wrong but the fps are all over the place.
Weirdly it behaves the same for me at 4k that it does at 1080p so it's defo the game, that's with a 980ti which is still a very good card.

I picked this up in the Amazon deal a few weeks back but haven't got round to playing it yet. I have the exact same spec as you but only play at 1080p, sounds like it should run great.

Running a 980Ti here with an i7 overclocked to 4.5GHz and 16GB RAM.
Default "ultra" settings were OK but went with the NVidia recommend settings which unlocked the frame rate, turned off v-sync etc. I have a 1440p 144Hz monitor.
End result is a frame rate of 40-50fps which whilst a bit laggy is still surprisingly driveable considering I'm used to driving games and FPS with double that.
Lack of surround sound is the biggest disappointment.

PC version really needs a GPU with more the 2gb of Vram as even though (GPU dependant) it may play smooth enough you will get an annoying 'not enough Vram' message pop up constantly while playing basically forcing you to lower settings.
