I was with them for over 10 years shocking customer service and poor poor signal. I'm sure not everyone feels like I do I'm sure.
Still a decent find for a back up

Best thing to do with any company. If not happy take your hard earned elsewhere.
Was with EE myself a couple of years back, nothing wrong just got a better deal elsewhere.

You should give Vodafone a try, you'll change your tune in no time.
Same here - seemed to be when they did the EE thing and broke the 2G and 3G networks while rushing for 4G. I've been with Vodafone since and no real complaints.

find me a big provider that doesn't have people complaining about customer service! they're all fairly bad, although Vodafone sticks out as a notoriously bad one. I've had a decent experience with Three so far, but then again i hear complaints about them too.
