anyone had a refund yet ?

mine showing pending and I haven't had a cancellation email yet

i did ring yesterday and they said it was being processed and would take 3-7 working days ! i wasn't impressed !

i know i'm going to ring them up now they are taking the *iss

still no refund!

They cancelled mine couldn't see refund yet :disappointed:

so it was never in stock to begin with ? that's really bad ! hopefully they won't take too long to refund us .And yea they should've offered something for this mess up !

just rang them they said they had over 2000 orders for an item that was OOS and they only got informed of the error yesterday, i told them i wasn't happy as i have had the money taken and they should have told us earlier but all she said was 'sorry' what a load of rubbish never even offered me anything for the inconvenience caused!

ordered 4 diesel and 2 dkny both cancelled really annoyed as it stated no money would be taken until dispatch but they took the money straight away and now i have to wait for a refund! crap service why have they taken so long to contact people? putting a complaint in now
