Debenhams Flowers roses roses
Image taken from the company. We cannot vouch it will look like this. Vase not included.
You can choose the delivery day, but you can't choose a specific time slot (it will be from 8am-6pm) – it's £4.99 extra if you want to guarantee they are delivered before 12pm.
There are 1,000 bouquets available for £19.99 – the code will be valid until 7pm on Mon 13 Feb (the deadline for most postcodes for Valentine's Day delivery), or until all bouquets go, whichever's sooner.
For some postcodes, particularly in Scotland, South-West England and Northern Ireland, the cut off order deadline is Sat 11 Feb for delivery on Tue 14 Feb – see 'more info' below for a list of those postcodes.
Does it have the capacity to deliver?
Debenhams Flowers has assured us extra measures have been put in place to cope with demand. It says its head florist will be overseeing the dispatch of bouquets at the warehouse, while its IT team is also prepared for extra traffic. The company will be using DX and DPD for deliveries.
In past years, some big firms’ Valentine’s Day deliveries have gone wrong, so always consider that risk before buying.
What if the flowers arrive late or damaged?
If the flowers don't arrive on time, you should call Debenhams Flowers on 020 3696 1129. It told us it will offer a refund and £20 store credit.
Debenhams Flowers says if the bouquet arrives damaged, you should get in touch with it within 48 hours of the flowers being delivered. You won't get refunded automatically – you'll need to take a photograph of the flowers and email it to [email protected] for Debenhams Flowers to review. If the quality is deemed poor, it has said it will give users a refund.

I don't think the flowers know whether they are growing for Debenhams or Morrisons.

hmmmm... well you have to demand the £20 credit... as they play dumb saying it's just a refund or redelivery as their guarantee (I then told her how that was pretty much the law not a guarantee...) They apparently had an error with the supplier and didn't have enough and also decided not to communicate the issue with anyone!..

Oh my good god.
Is this the smallest and saddest most withered 12 red roses anyone has ever seen?
Yes. Yes they are.
(I think they're about 12 hours from deaths door).
Complaint email now being drafted.

Just to let you know that whilst the first few codes don't work, the code VDAYFIVE did as of 5pm 7/2/17. If they turn out to be **** then at least its not my fault, but Debenhams. I'll ring up, complain and get compensation. Cheers, Happy Valentines!!

Previously used Debenhams flower service when a deal was on hotukdeals, never again:
- Ordered flowers
- Received dispatched email
- Then got an email saying they could not fullfil the order for the following day, therefore the dispatched email must have been untrue.
- Offered to deliver 5 days later!
Therefore if your girlfriend/wife does not mind going without on Valentines day and getting some flowers on the 19th instead, then Debenhams Flower Service might be the service for you!
Cold from me.

Yes from the ideal point of view, but other than growing them yourself or pinching them, there is no alternative and they will be appreciated whatever

I completely agree with you. What's a rose that doesn't smell!!!
These are hybrid roses so they don't smell unlike country ones. So, a complete waste of money.

But 'a rose by any other name would smell as sweet'
Actually my main criticism of roses nowadays is that they simply don't smell.

There are various degrees of flowers, some last weeks, some last days, some wilt quickly, some dont etc etc
Morrisons will be a more budget rose than Debenhams

Using top cashback, £5 off bouquets using code VDAYFIVE with 6.6% cashback aswell. Makes them £19.99, then 6.6% cashback. Last time i ordered from debenhams flowers the cashback was calculated including the vat, so a further £1.31 off.
