Just buy 29p cheap thin bleach an put in empty spray bottle.
I remember when this came out around 2000ish I lived in Torbay and it was available locally but the TV advert stated "ONLY AVAILABLE IN PLYMOUTH"

For all the people saying just buy bleach ..... this stuff is awesome. Cleaned up my bathroom with no scrubbing and instant results. Bleach is water compared to this stuff. If you're struggling to get your grouting white again, don't hesitate, give this a go ... you won't be disappointed.
