Thanks for the replys. I already have Xrd - Sign at great expense, and am disappointed with the various quick releases that invalidate my previous purchase. Just trying to figure out which is the better game from all the lot.

Good price but going to wait for it to get to the £20 mark.
There's no question about the amount of content you get in this or any ASW fighter. In fact, Capcom is unique in bringing out a full-priced fighter that had bare bones in single player content.
Here's hoping ASW makes more Blazblue in the future.

I paid £22 for Guilty Gear Xrd when it fell from £33, now it's about £12 everywhere.
I think I picked up Chronophantasma Extend for £12.99 - this will tank to £15 or less within a couple of months and will be a bargain at that price.

How does this compare to Xrd rev2?

In price or mechanically? I love both, they play pretty similarly and share a lot of game mechanics. Blazblue still uses sprites whereas Guilty Gear has a hand drawn aesthetic. Both have a fairly steep learning curves but they both have excellent tutorials. Current iteration of Blazblue has a quite a few more characters that Xrd.
