The afternoon tea isn't a bad deal but there are better ones out there, Marco Pierre White ones as an example, local cheaper ones out there as well. You can always judge an afternoon tea by the quality of their scones and these aren't that great. Always worth keeping an eye on out for their cake and coffee deals the cakes are amazing.

I had the patisserie Valerie afternoon tea one for £16.15 really nice, the best bit was the never ending hot drinks surprised as the voucher said a pot of tea and yet they gave us 2 cappuccinos then 2 lattes then 2 hot chocolate etc whatever we wanted included in it :innocent:

We recently did the Wyevale Garden Centre afternoon tea locally - was lovely food (scones), loads so took some home and only £14.25 for four of us! Unlimited tea & coffee too.

AFAIK that's the regular price of the afternoon tea at PV, no need for a groupon. And without prosecco it's 10£. (at least last year it was!)

Bella itallia's food tastes very bland. Nothing has the wow factor. But that's just my opinion.
Been to Bella Italia twice and both times waited over an hour for food and arrived wrong when it eventually did appear. Never again.

They often dish out 'Local Deal' discount codes to the value of 15% too (for existing customers), so worth keeping an eye out for. However, I guess the chances will be lessened with Mothers Day approaching.

went to bella italia couple days ago, bought 3 main courses for 2 of us (spent £35+ only on main) and we went home still feeling hungry. their portions are now really pathetic. big plates and bowl & a lot of salad placed on top of the food but not much content.

Worked a trial shift at patisserie Valerie, everything is delivered frozen and microwaved....really bad. Have no problem with this unless it's masquerading as a premium product with a pretty high price point. Get yourself to a local coffee shop and support local business. Be cheaper too
