Can't seem to add this to my basket. "The requested quantity for "Battlefield 1 Xbox One" is not available" expired deal?
Same problem on app. Sent them an email, they asked me to try the website. Tried website & Xbox once home but none work. Waiting for a reply from them :-(

I bought a key at the request of a friend but when he enters the code CDKeys sent he just gets the message : “Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page”
He's never seen this message before and I don't have an XBox so I don't know my way around the console. I sent an e-mail to CDKeys support hours ago but have not heard back from them.
Have any of our HUKD's with XBoxes the foggiest notion as to why he should be getting this message? I've bought PC game codes from CDKeys on many occasions over a number of years and never had problems before.
