I bought this other week and its purpose was for charging my mifi in the car.
Annoyingly it can't charge while it's being charged.
But it did keep my car WiFi going for a few days before I had to charge it again.

Cold, get powercore+.
Even if you've an old phone now, you're next will thank you.
The powercore plus will rapid charge any phone out apart from oneplus3, to which it will charge quickly but not via dash.
Yo which qc3, Nexus, pixel and other phones use 3a output and the powercharge+ do that.
