32% carbs including maltodextrose, fructose and rice starch ! you should read the label before buy anything from companies like Usn, Maximuscle and Phd as for protein it includes soy( the worst gmo **** ever!) Get some good clean meal instead spending money on crap like that no matter how cheap it is!
