In the end none of the above worked for me. I just clicked buy and the price changed on the payment page. It now shows the correct price for me.

Read the comments, on Xbox.com or Xbox 360 store download all the FREE DLC for the 360 game and the price adjusts for the Xbox one version. Worked for all who tried. Only reason it hasn't worked is if you already have it all downloaded.

I got this deal by standing on my head while the wife held my left foot and I used the little toe of my right foot to click the link on my HP x360 laptop, repeat must be little toe of right foot and x360 laptop...

I checked this through the W10 xbox app, and you can get this version for £25.60 of another version with double the in game credt for £28.29, and i did not need to activate any the xbox 360 free stuff.

I managed to get to the deal by using the URL from the OP within the Edge browser on my XBO. I had to sign in to my account by clicking the sign in link at top right, then the price reduced to £25.60 for the shark bundle.
The deal did not show up on the native store app on the Xbox.

Worked for me after downloading all free X360 content. Couldn't purchase online but when opened the tab in the store on the XOne it dropped the price to £28.59 from £71.01 or something or other for the one with the whale card. Great White and Megalodon appeared to be the same prices listed above by OP, obviously didn't test them though.

No, not everyone can. This should be pretty clear that it is working differently for everyone and for some of us none of the methods mentioned in the comments work. I voted hot anyway as I believe it is a decent deal for those who can get it.

It was showing as full price for me initially (I have never owned or played the XBOX 360 or XBOX ONE version on either of my consoles.) After "purchasing" some of the free DLC for the XBOX 360 version via my browser, the XBOX ONE version of the game then went down to £25.60.

You must have to have played a version on your xbox to get it. 63.99 here

The only way i could get this price was to view the item 'Grand Theft Auto V & Great White Shark Cash Card' ON MY XBOX ONE through the store.
It doesn't appear to give you this price viewing through browser.
Other offers available:
GTAV & Whale Shark Card £28.29 (Originally £85.74, then £77.99)

Offer may not be available to everyone, i did have the game for 360 so may be a factor.
