I refuse to use this company because of the adverts. Every time I see those two idiots with their chow mien, I want to kick the television in.

​I've tried several over the last month or two. The app and website just hangs on the sending order screen, then cancels after 15 mins.

bit of an odd problem, is this happening on 2 seperate devices or are you trying both the app and website from your phone?

Phone, tablet, pc. Had some fraud on the account and they removed all means of payment, which I readded after I changed the password. Worked once then hasn't been right since :disappointed:
