The ones I bought are quite short dated. Not even sure if ice cream will go off.

If kept in very cold freezer with little door opening it will last many years past date, but might get feezer burn were it dehydrates and ice crystals form. Have some choc ices and ice cream in our freezer that has been there since last summer that have such crystals still going to have them sometime?
Seen deal in Cooltrader as well.

Not go off per se, more like "degrade" - it would still be unpleasant after an unspecified time (depends on a lot of things) although unlikely to kill you as long as they stayed at -17ish the whole time.

Or Maxibon Minis as they should be called. Super tiny compared to how they used to be.

wish they did one with both sides being cookie.... that would be even more 'bon'
