I agree. This is a cruise liner, not an ocean liner like QM2 which was built for the North Atlantic. If you are lucky it will be calm, but cold. If you are unlucky........ Pretty miserable being inside a ship for 13 nights. We've done transatlantics but to/from the Caribbean where the ships take a more southerly route so enjoy much more reliable weather.
The deal needs to factor in £144 automatic gratuity added to your onboard account. Plus Royal Caribbean drinks are pricey, beers $6.95, house wine $10 per glass, Cocktails $12 all plus 18% service charge. Or a drinks package at £42 per day.

You can ask for the gratuities to be taken off the bill. You just go to guest services on board.

These are mobile nursing homes now as it's cheaper to be on a cruise ship than in a care home or nursing home.
Although prison is cheaper.:smirk:

Typical brits trying to take tips off. These people work for barely anything, have some respect and factor tips into the cost of the trip.
