Yeah they are expensive blueberries are, but I noticed lidl, home bargains and Aldi have them at a good price, I got 350g in aldi for 2 pounds if not two fifty.
I found blueberries to be at premium prices in the main supermarkets so I took to nurturing a blueberry plant from the pound shop, they grow for around ten years or so, I've had mine for a few years now, unfortunately I've only seen one blueberry and that was nicked by a bird.
I really should get some more soil and put it in a bigger pot really

Home grown have a much nicer flavour, keep it up.
Give it loads of ericaceous compost.

Thats not bad they seem to be jumping up and down in price recently, i bought 125g in Lidl last night for 91p which is even better ( strange price ) they tasted as you would hope they would.Yet last week they were as high as £1.59 i think it was. Hot from me.
