First thing we do with lemons - cut then up and freeze them. They last amd make a great alternative to ice cubs for drinks.

What you can do is cut the lemons into wedges and freeze them.
Handy to put in drinks etc

Top lemon tip! Look for lemons with a thin, smooth, skin and ones that are more rounded. These are the juicier lemons, apparently.

Also great for making the kitchen smell nice, 1 down the waste disposal a day - heat added.

Got 5 boxes today, going to make loads of lemonade and some lemon curd :-) the boxes are amazing, they're made of hardboard (at least I think... It's the same stuff the backs of flat pack wardrobes are made from) and they can be pulled apart, so they can be repurposed once finished.
