Buying a month only when there's a game in the vault I wish to play is better value then buying a whole year where it doesn't get used for months on end.

Of course there is. It's £3.99 a month RRP. This is less than half price. I'm not going into it again (at the risk of boring you), but there are people who purchase it on a monthly basis, myself included. And at less than half price, I see the value.

Cheers OP. Bought one to try out Andromeda. Despite loving Mass Effect I have little desire to buy Andromeda. Hopefully the 10 hrs trial will change my mind.

This is the second year I've subscribed to the full year price of £19.99. Can't go wrong considering you can download as many game you want and play the full game for a year.

It wasn't exclusive to CDKeys. It seemed to be a drought on the net. Almost everybody had it at £4+ for a long period of time. We've only recently seen it drop down to this price point again :smiley:

FYI if it goes up in price like that it usually means stock is low or almost out, they do it all the time for the A/Creed games which are pretty much always on offer! - Or at least this has been the case before.

Only 10 hours access to Mass Effect Andromeda - ME3 is a 360 BC title that you get full access to.

Question. If I get this and play a game, at the end of the month it will expire, if I then renew the subscription, will my progress on the game remain or would I have to start again?

I really want to play Mass effect 3 so might get this with the aim of completing it within 1 month but if I don't will the game save remain?

Your save file is backed up, or possibly with ME3, is only stored in the cloud. But anyway, that file is in the cloud, so you won't need to start again.

games that aren't in the vault, that instead have 10hr trials, continue to give you access beyond the month you paid...you'll be able to play it till you've used the full 10hrs...even if you've only played 5hrs during your month sub.

it's the full games that you can no longer play if you don't have a sub.

Also, the 10hr trails won't give you full access to the game...it's usually selected levels and multiplayer.

Like Buzz said, it's only recently dropped to this sort of price, I think it used to be around £4.30 which is more than EA want
