Missed it but probably for the best as I wanted a new one rather than anewish one.

Search for which USB WiFi dongles are compatible with your TV. But it probably isn't. Usually it's the ones made by the same manufacturer as the TV which are supported but I might be wrong

DOH! Ordered this, then realised via my order history that I'd ordered it last year and sent it back
The one I received last year didn't have the pictured antenna, so with my PC on the floor upstairs, the signal at 5ghz was worse than my old 2.4ghz single band dongle. Ho-hum

Oh how times change. Trying to load a single image on dial up was goddam torture as a teenager.

Only used these on a PC with Windows 10, but it's plug and play and does the job.

Find this makes a big difference when using android kodi boxes as their wifi pick up often very poor.

Depends what TV you have and if it supports it. Use Google to find out

Thanks - son is moaning about the powerline connection upstairs, so for £5.99 its worth it to see if wifi is actually any better for him (I doubt it tbh, but worth a punt).

This has been great for 5ghz speed but very lacking at 2.4ghz. So fine for me and at advertised speeds for 5ghz.
I am surprised at how often this is on the lightning deal, it is a great buy for those who need it.
If using Windows 10 it will install a set of drivers dated 2016 by Realtek and they work great. Do not use the older drivers provided.
