My local has been selling these for probably 11+ months now. Always had stock.
So for me it's standard price, B&m rarely have these for 68p (not seen them in there for a good while though).

This is the regular price - most things cost £1 in Poundland, and this is a normal stock item. Where is the hot deal? There isn't one of course, so I'll have to vote 'cold'.

This 170g bar in white was made exclusively for poundland just before christmas.
because the chocolate one has gaps between pieces you can fit your hand into sideways.

These have been in Poundland quite a while, certainly before the run up to Christmas. Got milk chocolate and white chocolate varieties in early December (I update the MSE poundland thread regularly, amongst others).

Yes, other retailers like b&m may stock smaller size bars.
