Despatched today with royal mail.

Ordered this using PayPal when it was said yesterday it was back in stock. Have just checked my PayPal account and no payment was take and no email received re order confirmation. Bit **** as I definitely checked out and it said order cos it definitely said I'd checked out and order was placed. Should have taken a screen shot :disappointed: any one else in the same boat? Looks like I missed out twice even though I did actually order it not sure why it appears that I didn't

I paid with paypal. Ordered early and got my paypal and bodyshop emails soon after ordering. Around 6:45pm. Showing im paypal as completed and despatched.

I have had trouble with bodyshop in the past with orders not going though and them having no stock. Hopefully you get to the bottom of it and get ur order.

I don't really see what I can do tbh. I didn't take a screen shot of the page saying "order complete" and have email trace and no trace of it in my PayPal either. So I have nothing to prove an order was placed and since they've taken no money there's nothing I can do.
