Dune is great. Never read the sequels.
Been looking to do so for ages, but switched to ebooks now mostly and the kindle versions are terrible apparently (bad OCR).
Will have to check out Imajica, thanks.

I loved Dune, but its style is a bit odd. Some of my joy from it may be that it was an early book I got into so it reminds me of my childhood, my copy is older than I am. The depth of detail (if you read the appendix) about how the planet would work etc. was incredible for its time, the second book wasn't so great but the third is another favourite of mine albeit not as high up as these. Then it tailed off massively :disappointed:

I like Imajica, I'm about the only person I know who couldn't get into Dune, just not that interesting

This, Imajica and Dune all get read by me at least every 3 years or so.

No probs. I like these deals as it's basically a free book with no rush credit.
Set up lots of alerts on eReaderIQ of authors you like, eBooks you want, and then snap them up when they come on offer.
Certain books seem to drop fairly regularly for very short periods. Sometimes books that are rarely discounted go down to 99 pence or so for no more than a day, and don't again for years.
9 books at £1 each is quite a difference than if at standard pricing of £4-£5

IS a fantastic novel. Before CB became obsessed with the male member in his books...

If you're wrong, I've wasted 99p, and I forgive you. If you're right - win-win
Opening post
Meant to be a fantastic novel.
Thanks to eReaderIQ for the alert.
