Speak with the customer department. I am just returning some trainers which were delivered today due to size being too small and since the bigger size is available they have provided me with a unique 20% discount code to re-order the same item at the right size and at the same price.

Very good and helpful customer support if you ask me, though there was a bit of a wait until I got through (4 minutes approx)

The extra 20% off is only on sale items. I was about to buy a few items, but a top at £49.95 full price was not discounted by the 20% even though all the other sale items were. Only noticed because the total looked a bit high.
Removed the full priced item and the rest was 20% off, so great price.
