Hey everyone! First ever deal so hopefully it goes down well!
Next have just released their Next Unlimited offer, which gives Next credit account holders unlimited next day deliveries for 12months, all for only £20! (Minimum order value £10).
Next day home delivery is usually £3.99 a time so if you make more than 5 orders a year then this will quickly pay for itself!
The £20 payment is added to your credit account, so be sure to pay it off before your next bill to avoid being charged interest on it.
There appears to be no mention of the offer on the Next website yet; the gf received the offer via email and signup is via a link which is customised with your account details. I modified the link with my details and it worked fine. I spoke to a Next representative and they've confirmed it's been added to my account.
The link you need to customise and paste into your browser is:
Replace NEXTACCNUMBER with your Next account number and EMAILADDRESS with the email address registered to your Next account.
Complete the signup process and within 24hrs you'll receive an email confirming it's been added to your account.
Full T&Cs are below:
1) To subscribe to nextunlimited, you must be a Next Credit Account holder with a valid e-mail address registered to your account, to be eligible for the service.
2) Subject to the exceptions listed below, the nextunlimited service is available for orders for home delivery, 2 man delivery items and deliveries to Hermes Parcel Shops.
The nextunlimited Service does not include:
a. Orders placed in store;
b. Orders placed for DPD Precise delivery;
c. Same day delivery orders;
d. Orders valued at less than £10;
e. Orders for the following: wine, items ordered from the Gift List, Gift Cards, e-Gift cards, Art 2 Order, personalised gifts, photo processing, Gift Experiences, House Signs, Made2Order, fitted bedrooms by Hammonds Space and Domestic Appliances.
f. The service is for personal use only and is not available for customers who purchase goods for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes.
3) Delivery times cannot be guaranteed under the service.
4) The service costs £20 for 12 months’ subscription.
5) The nextunlimited subscription charge will be added to your Next Credit Account and will show on your next statement as a one off charge for the year.
6) Interest will be charged on the subscription if you do not pay off your balance in full before the next statement.
7) The service will be activated within 24 hours of you subscribing.
:sunglasses: nextunlimited orders can be placed over the telephone, or online once you have logged into your account at next.co.uk.
9) Any orders placed using the nextunlimited Service must have a minimum order value of £10, or you will be charged the usual applicable delivery costs.
10) Any returns made via courier from your home will still be charged at £3.99 if the full order is returned.
11) Your annual subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the 12 month period.
12) Next reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the offer at any time.
13) Full terms and conditions can be viewed here.
You can sign in to your Next Account using your email address and a password, if you don't already. It's so simple to set-up, and changing to use your email and password provides greater security for your peace of mind.
If you have any questions please go to next.co.uk/help where we have a full range of information to help you, or call us on 0333 777 8000. For call charges contact your service provider.

This is a deal site, not a review site for the retailer. You're not voting on whether or not the retailer is more expensive than others or if you like the retailer or not, you're voting on whether or not £20/yr for unlimited deliveries is a deal!

No there won't be from what I recall.
You'll receive an email from Next confirming it's been added within 24hrs or so, then the easiest way to see if it's applied properly is to add something to your basket, go through checkout and the postage costs should show as £0.00.

Sorted it now, by doing this :
Copy and paste the link as provided by the OP : http://www.next.co.uk/nextunlimited/?acc=NEXTACCNUMBER&email=EMAILADDRESS
While that link ^ is in a new tab/window, delete where it says NEXTACCNUMBER and type your account number in it's place. Then delete
where it says EMAILADDRESS and type your email address which is connected with your Next account in it's place. Then press enter. Your details will now appear in the boxes. Then press SUBMIT. Hope this works for you too :smiley:

Sorry but I work for next in management and I wouldn't trust this, it could be an imposter site just trying to get your details I and none of my staff or colleagues have heard of this deal.

Sorry but it sounds like Next to improve their internal training and communications then! The link points directly to the Next website!
The gf was sceptical to start with as well so we called Next (using the number off the Next website) and they confirmed the offer's validity.
I had an order due to be shipped which I'd placed earlier in the day and I asked about the possibility of cancelling the order so I could re-order using my Next Unlimited shipping; she said not to worry, they would just remove the shipping charge instead. They're not going to do that without a very good reason.

Why is this hot? a company that never offers free delivery, even if you spend a reasonable amount of money per order.
Plus their CEO is a Brexit supporter, so another reason not to shop there.

7 months later and you still dont understand. I hate to break it to you, but the MAJORITY of people (who voted) supported brexit. It must suck when you realise you're in the minority when it comes to your world view.

I get all my clothes from Next but always choose deliver to store. But am sure this is a good price for home delivery, it's just that I always miss the deliveries with us all being at work all day!

It's not a zero-sum game, and I do understand what people voted (many of them based on lies of Gove, Johnson). What's important isn't minority or majority but future of this country and this government is trying to wreck the economy by leaving single market. Every sensible Leave voter understands that, and most didn't vote for that.

Thanks Andy, I've changed the wording to make it clearer. :sunglasses:

Maybe you're the one who's "tight-ass"? I don't like paying for delivery if I can avoid it but as stated above, the costs are just included elsewhere. Hot deal!

30 Jan 172#10
Cold from me.
Next is more expensive than similar stores. Free delivery wont make up for it.
Most people click and collect for free.
Their branded ranges are always more expensive than elsewhere. They basically prey on people who have accounts and can pay monthly.

It's well beyond free delivery, they also never offer cashback. They are just tight-ass. and that's why they will not see my money spent with them. By the way, offering free delivery doesn't have to come from 'inflating' prices as you describe, it can also come from decision to make lower margins but bigger volumes in terms of orders.

Use next a lot, so this is hot from me.
AndyRoyd
30 Jan 171#9
Hot because HUKD membership cast more heat votes than cold votes. The majority of informed punters understand the concept of free delivery being a marketing concept and funded from marginally inflated goods' price that otherwise could be reduced if the overhead (delivery) was charged separately. Next simply choose not to utilise that specific marketing method, but utilise another.

Might attract a little more heat by mentioning "next day" in deal title.

Does not include precise delivery?

Nope section 2.b in the T&Cs says DPD precise delivery isn't included. Essentially the unlimited delivery covers items shipped via their usual courier..Precise Delivery is a premium service.

You'd have to ask them to be sure, but I believe VIP Sale items are delivered in the same way as normal ones.
