You can get £13 cash trade in currently for this game from CEX. Personally, for that amount, trading in is just a waste of time.

I haven't traded a game in for a long time, prices are often absolute crap unless you can turn a game around in a few days and that's unattainable and just not fun (for me). Used to sell a lot on eBay, would always get a decent return, but with prices/postage/costs what they are and have been stung by eBay's shoddy seller protection I've all but abandoned that site. For me, digital is ideal. Very quick downloads (can usually be playing a game in 90 mins to 3 hours), it doesn't take up any space in my living room and it's always in my collection - I recently rebought an Xbox One and had access to over 100 games to instantly download (many were EA access/360 titles but the point remains). Unless you have no attachment to your games, really need the cash or love a physical collection to display I think digital offers a fantastic alternate which is ever increasingly cheaper/same price.

Clunky old crap like Super Star Wars is on PS4. So are you sure about that one? And how come we never see anyone (aside from me of course) bemoaning how Valve have largely decimated PC gaming with Steam. It's saddening the sheer amount of charity shops that will innocently put up Steam games for sale - not realising they're selling a useless product.

I am digital for Xbox One because it is like Steam where you will own the game forever. Backwards compatibility announced for Scorpio but I prefer to buy physical copies of PlayStation games as will Sony let you play previous digital purchases once the PS5, PS6 etc come along? Remember how badly PSP Go customers got treated by Sony when they closed the store down and the device being digital only became useless!

A fair point, and I keep a physical collection of my favourite titles (have a few carefully selected PS1, PS2, PS3 and PS4 titles which I'll keep forever, along with some Gameboy cartridges. I'm talking about your general purchases. If I like a game enough, I'll buy a second physical copy if I had it digital originally. Have been looking for a new, cheap copy of Bloodborne GOTY to save.
