Make sure you tick the box, then you'll receive an email from Audible to say it's in your library.

Heat added, I already had the book but not the Audible one, I just listened a bit through my Echo Dot, I'm tempted to sign up for the 3 months at £2.99 a month now. Does anyone know of any other books that offer the Audible for free?
