Best deal I could find for this card. It's been this price before though..

I coincidentally bought one without seeing this post for 13.99, and my P9 is much happier with it than my previous SanDisk 16GB tripe, no slow card gripes or anything. I wonder if Amazon have, perhaps inadvertently, fulfilled some orders with the previous iteration?

Highly possible. Not sure how their warehouse works, but I'm positive they have mess things up by the minute.

I have just tested it. I have set my 4K camera to record 100mbps via XAVC S (4K at 100mbps).
Works perfectly no issues..

Most likely, I did a read test as well using Win32DiskImager out of curiosity and got IRO 80MB/s. Working well in the PiCade.
Not tried speed tests on Pi yet.

Have you tried dropping to the terminal and testing the read/write speeds you're getting on the Raspberry Pi?

It's probably the **** poundland adapter. Either way the card, works and does what I want it to do

bought one on Tuesday for £13.99. Using a USB2 adapter i got 18mb read and 18mb write which is way off what they quoted. I couldnt be bothered to return it as using in a rapsberry pi 3 for retropie and works fine for what i need.

Weird I did exactly the same and literally just finished writing the image to it with Win32Diskimager @ a round 30MB/s.

odd - should be about 59.9gb - are you using as "adopted storage" with Android 6?

I am confused with this listing it as a deal at £14.99, given that it is actually £13.99 and it has always been £13.99 except when it dropped to £13.55

What is the "maximum" speed that you're referring to? I know there are minimum speeds, but I've never heard anyone reference a maximum. Link to the forum thread perhaps?

From the camera forums I read, if the writing speed is not the maximum, the camera buffer stuck got full after 7-8 sec, if you shooting action pictures on 4K, and camera stopping taking pictures.

I ordered one last week for 13.99. the read speed is ok but write is less than 30, mine averaged about 18 mbps

Why is that? Have you tried it?

That's an SD card rather than Micro SD. The Sandisk Extreme Pro 64GB microSDXC is £26.99 at Amazon just now, but at that price it's the most expensive it's been for a while...

I paid £13.99 last week on Amazon. I think it should drop again, my Moto g plus did not like it ,said it was slow! and I should consider a faster card.

Sounds a bit odd, have you tried using any benchmark tools to verify the card speeds?
(I'm looking for a 64 or 128gb for my Moto G4 and was considering Toshiba).

Strange. Using this in my Oppo and it records 4k with no problem.

Yeah that's not normal. Perhaps you got the older model? I heard the 2015 model sucks.
