To be fair it's designed and sold as an external hard drive so that's like saying don't expect a reliant robin to win any formula one races.
For what it's sold as and for it's a good product and a good buy

Great drives - have a few of these and 100% rock solid

sure, but stating it's 15mm will also (hopefully) pre-empt the countless 'will this fit in a PS4?' questions.

But IF WE DON'T KNOW what height of 2.5" CAN fit in a PS4 then we either ask in this thread or use another website.. So for the record A PS4 drive has to be 9mm or under to fit..

Bought for 59.99 plus 5 pound voucher from argos. Time machine comments are ridiculous, just don't buy and wait for price to drop.

argos don't seem to do toshiba hard drives.

As Argos don't list Toshiba Hard Drives I'd suggest that your comment is equally ridiculous in this thread!

Is this suitable for an Xbox one, seeing as its only 5400rpm is it fast enough?

This or a recertified 4tb mybook from Western digital for 79.99...
I got a recertified 3tb metal portable for 55 recently. Was quite pleased.

When my 2TB hard drive from ebuyer died they only refunded me about 60% of what i paid as my hard drive was out of stock, had to argue to get a like for like replacement, they also tried to bill me for a restocking fee when they sent me the wrong monitor and i refused delivery.

If they sent the wrong one they can't charge you a restocking fee under U.K. Law

That applied to anything, not only hard drives, if I knew something cost much less in the past I will refuse to pay higher price even if that is the lowest at the time, unless I had no choice but to buy.

Pretty sure if you refuse delivery they can't charge a restocking fee under UK Law either.

You had better get used to waiting a long time for stuff to be as cheap as it used to be then.
The fall in the value of sterling has/will push most prices up and it ain't going to get back to where it was pre June 23rd anytime soon so you'd better get used to the higher prices.

It's a price worth paying

Still a decent price at £89.98 and on my radar now that PS4 will be utilising external HDD storage in the next update

as it's 15mm high.
And the listed height of 21.5mm also points to it being 15mm
