I think it depends what it is you actually want to buy, I find boohoo poorer quality than topshop so won't shop there,others may differ. All down to personal preference and I posted to help people who like shopping at topshop.

Not that I know of at the minute but click and collect to store is free on all orders I believe.
Or free delivery on £50 + orders
