From Tomy, Pop-Up Pirate is a barrel of family fun. The game is played by sliding swords through slots in the barrel. But beware--slide your sword into the wrong slot, and up pops the pirate, which means you're out. Losers walk the plank!

many are saying its fake but by the pictures some have put up there just Chinese copies . what I want to know is the bad reviews who haven't put up pics are they the ones who received the Chinese copies with Chinese writing on the box or better copies and have the word tommy on the box and writing in English . Read about the dath vadar one that a copy peeps are saying as tommy have never made such a model . So what I'm getting at I will buy one but if I don't receive a obvious copy that is in Chinese and I receive one that has a English box is that one real or fake . Then again even the one in Chinese could be real just in different packaging . I'm buying one anyway even for a copy great price .

You will be fine if you buy directly from Amazon, the reviews state they purchased from a third party seller

I bought one last month. It gets a tad boring after the third go...

Agree, especially putting all the swords back in, which by the way, your kids will make you do!

It took Amazon several failed attempts to deliver after ' many lost in transit'. Then when opened the quality of item is dubious. I doubt it's a genuine Tomy item. I only bought by being hooked in through hukd, so take the rough with the smooth.

Even if you buy from Amazon, it could still come from a marketplace seller.
