Thanks StaceyBaby you can tell what the op did she scanned the hot chocolate sachet and not the bar code for the mug but i still blame Tesco for there mistake no wonder they loose so much money.

What you need to do is upload the photo to an image hosting site and the site will give you links, you need to copy and past the forum link into a new post here where it shows picture link and the post it

Yes because you paid for the hot chocolate sachet not the mug but thats Tescos fault not yours so enjoy your mug.

There not 32p same thing happened to us on boxing day scanner accidently scanned the hot chocolate sachet barcode thats in the mug if you check your receipt it will say Hot chocolate not mug.
I bet the scanner had a weight issue with your shopping as a sachet of hot chocolate weighs less than the mug.
