I was convincing myself away from a purchase with the knowledge that it's the now-standard 'season pass disc'... but it's not. :neutral_face:

This is a physical (blu-ray) copy of the game.

The game's all included on-disc.

Possibly there might have been post-release patches that you're still asked to download, but the core game - all five episodes - are on the disc.

Yep, it's certainly worth this price.

Worst case, you can sell it back to GAME for £5 cash/£7 credit, with a CeX pricematch.

This is one of the best Telltale games series' out there. Ridiculous price!

From personal experience I went in sceptical having never played any borderlands game and was simply blown away by it. Well worth a shot at this price for anyone dithering.

I got it digital for £5.28 on the 29th of December. Think maybe week one or week two of the Xbox holiday sale. Possibly even the deals with gold or daily deals?!

Batman isn't too far behind but Borderlands is twice the length and epic the whole way through.

What did you play Batman on? I completed it on PS4 last night and the dialog/video were out of sync in a LOT of places and I crashed at least once per episode, 4 times in the last! After looking it up to see if it was just me, I found a lot of people had the same issues, apparently the PS3 version still can't be finished because of how buggy it is! Other than all of that, I really enjoyed it. The Wolf Among Us is number 1 for me though :smiley:

This is probably a stupid question but is it worth it if you're not a fan of the telltale games?
I haven't really played them much at all to be honest, I tried episode one of minecraft but I just found it boring and haven't felt the desire to try any others. I absolutely love borderlands though so I'm tempted to give this a go.
Is episode one free at the mo, I guess that'd be the best way to try it myself.

wouldn't let Minecraft put you off, this is brilliant for any borderlands fan. Think episode 1 is free but doubt this price will be around by the time you've tried it out.

I played this on Steam a couple weeks ago and it is easily the best Telltale game, even if you haven't played the Borderlands games like me, I highly recommend this for the story.

I have played them all, but perhaps none of them soaked up my time the way the original title did. The number of hours I sunk into it were far more than I would be comfortable admitting to, had I been counting in the first place.

This is barely a game - it is more an interactive cartoon. enjoyable although shortlived. It Might be worthwhile for fans - but it is a throw away programme - use once and hen forget. What there is, is not particularly challenging.
