Nope, not yet.
Oblivion took 1.5 years before GOTY edition
Skyrim to 1.5 years before GOTY edition.
Fallout 3 took 1 year before GOTY edition.
New Vegas took almost 1.5 years before GOTY edition.
So I would imagine it'll be here in spring sometime. And with prices dropping as low as they are for the base game, it's about the right timing.

Excellent price. I bought this on launch, but I've barely played it... had trouble getting into it to be honest. Going to give it another shot.
